Job summary

TCWGlobal is seeking an Anthropic Instructor to deliver official training courses covering Claude models and the Anthropic API to corporate clients and certification candidates, on behalf of an Anthropic Authorized Training Partner.

You will customize labs and materials, conduct assessments, and coach candidates through Associate, Developer, and Architect tracks, while staying current on Claude releases and best practices in prompt engineering and responsible AI.

Qualifications

• Experience with Claude models and the Anthropic API.
• Ability to explain technical and responsible‑AI concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated facilitation skills in adult education settings.
• Background in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Comfort with rapid changes in AI tools and content.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Anthropic-authorized training courses and customize program elements for clients.
• Develop, tailor, and maintain labs, exercises, and walkthroughs; conduct assessments and give feedback.
• Coach candidates through certification tracks (Associate, Developer, Architect) toward exam readiness.
• Stay current on Claude releases, API changes, and best practices in prompt engineering and responsible AI.
• Translate AI concepts into practical, industry-specific applications for learners.
