Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant professional experience across software engineering, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, or similar.
• At least 3+ years of hands-on technical instruction, including live in-person and remote sessions.
• Production engineering experience with shipped production software and credibility with senior engineers.
• Recent hands-on AI development using LLM APIs, agents, tool use, MCP, or related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on technical instruction across onboarding, residency, and enablement programs in NY and Europe.
• Model and showcase best teaching practices for labs and large audiences.
• Run train-the-trainer programs for internal experts and partners.
• Coach instructors through live and recorded observations and actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with technical experts to translate subject matter into engaging sessions and labs.
• Own instructional quality and calendar alignment for East Coast programs.
• Use data to identify gaps and recommend curriculum improvements.
• Evolve the technical instruction function with scalable standards and practices.
• Travel to SF and Europe as needed, with 25% office time in NYC.
