Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with backend focus (Java and/or NodeJS).
• 8+ years of experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs in healthcare or enterprise environments.
• Experience with Angular frontend and API integration.
• Experience building RESTful APIs that serve structured data (XML, JSON).
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub and collaborative workflows.
• Experience with unit/integration testing (JUnit/Jest).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and JIRA.
• U.S. Citizenship required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard that processes healthcare EDI transactions.
• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS to serve EDI healthcare records.
• Integrate with internal APIs, EDI pipelines, and data services for live/historical data delivery.
• Support Angular-based dashboard front-end and API integration for business/clinical users.
• Collaborate with C#/.Net and AWS data engineers to define API contracts and data delivery.
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews.
