Speechify is hiring a Team Lead to own core product work for its remote team. You will write code, review code, and own features from idea to release, while ensuring reliability and quality across the product stack.

You will lead by example in a flat, fast-paced organization, driving collaboration, timely decision-making, and strong delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role with broad impact across iOS, Android, Mac, Chrome, and Web platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own major features end to end, working closely with our design team — from the decision through to release.
• Own, maintain, and improve reliability metrics for key features.
• Review pull requests and give constructive feedback.
• Unblock the team when someone is stuck and investigate options.
• Identify when a change should be adopted across the team and drive it.
