Responsibilities

• Own major features end to end, from concept through release.
• Own and improve reliability metrics for key features.
• Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback.
• Unblock the team when issues stall for days.
• Promote the best version of work across the team.
• Keep shared components tested and maintainable.
• Lead process changes when needed.
• Reduce manual release steps for faster delivery.
• Address recurring problems by changing underlying setup.
• Shift verification left with more automated checks.
