Responsibilities

• Own major features end to end, working closely with design from decision through release.
• Own, maintain, and improve reliability metrics for key features.
• Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback.
• Unblock the team when someone is stuck and take a look yourself.
• Identify when a component should be adopted as the team standard and drive the change.
• Keep shared components in good shape, well tested, and easy to pick up.
