The ideal candidate will have a strong bias for accountability in a remote team setting and enjoy contributing to a fast-growing national organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of medical facility or medical office billing experience.
• Professional experience and understanding of insurance products and coverage types.
• Experience with automated billing systems preferred.
• Training in business office activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient medical insurance benefits via phone and online access.
• Determine insurance benefit compatibility with LifeStance procedures.
• Obtain pre-certification or authorization for procedures and enter into billing system.
