Job summary

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS) is seeking an experienced FP&A analytics leader to drive forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting for ancillary services across a large, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities include building driver-based models, delivering concise performance packages, and partnering with finance, operations, and leadership to shape strategic planning and improvements. Advanced analytics and AI/ML tools are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS or similar) in finance, analytics or related field preferred.
• CPA or CFA a plus
• 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or analytics, with a demonstrated track record of leading complex forecasting and budgeting initiatives in a large, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ancillary Services forecasting, budgeting, and planning with focus on site-level profitability and staffing.
• Develop driver-based models for annual planning cycles and scenarios.
• Deliver executive-ready reporting packages and insights to leadership.
• Support ad hoc analyses, business cases, profitability reviews, and strategic planning efforts.
• Improve reporting tools and dashboards with automation and data governance.
• Collaborate across finance, operations, and practice leadership to identify process improvements.
