Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, LLC seeks an accomplished FP&A leader to own the analytical framework for financial performance of our medical oncology business. You will lead forecasting, budgeting, planning, and executive reporting, partnering with Operations leadership to drive cost management and strategic decisions.

The role requires 6+ years in FP&A or analytics within a large organization, strong financial modeling skills, and experience presenting to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MS in finance/analytics preferred.
• 6+ years of FP&A, financial modeling or analytics in a large organization.
• Strong financial modeling and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytical framework for financial performance.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities for Operations.
• Provide executive reporting and decision support with concise insights.
• Develop and refine repeatable reporting and models.
• Drive data quality, governance and automation of reports.
