You will partner with Operations leadership to drive comprehensive forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis, delivering concise executive reports and actionable insights.

The role emphasizes advanced analytics, AI/ML forecasting, and the use of tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SAP/Oracle-based financial systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive FP&A, financial modeling, or analytics experience in a large, matrixed organization.
• Excellent financial modeling and problem-solving skills.
• Executive presence with experience presenting to leadership.
• Ability to provide strategic recommendations and influence decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the finance SME for the medical oncology business with Operations leadership.
• Own the analytical framework for financial performance measurements and controls.
• Develop transparent reporting and models to explain results and support decisions.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and planning focused on operating costs and staffing.
• Deliver concise executive reporting packages and insights for leadership.
• Support ad hoc analyses, business cases, profitability reviews, and strategic planning.
• Build repeatable reporting tools and dashboards with data governance and AI tooling.
