Job summary

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, LLC is seeking an experienced FP&A analytics leader to guide ancillary service lines. You will own the analytical framework, develop repeatable reporting, and support decision-making with finance-driven insights.

You will lead forecasting, budgeting, and planning tied to site profitability, volume drivers, and staffing, partnering across finance, operations, and practice leadership for continuous improvement and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
• “CPA/CFA a plus” mentioned in qualifications?
• 6+ years of progressive FP&A, financial modeling, or analytics experience.
• Experience leading forecasting, budgeting, and planning in large matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ancillary Services FP&A analytics and reporting.
• Own analytical framework, definitions, metrics, and controls for performance.
• Develop and refine repeatable reporting and models to explain performance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree

MBA or MS in finance/analytics (preferred)

6+ years progressive FP&A/analytics experience
