Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MS preferred.
• Proven experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or analytics; strong forecasting and budgeting track record.

Responsibilities

• Budget & Forecasting Leadership: own budgeting/forecasting models and deliver consolidated results.
• Executive Reporting: create executive-ready packages highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Analytical & Strategic Support: support analytical, reporting, and strategic needs for FCS.
• Reporting Automation & Data Governance: build automated tools and ensure data quality and auditable outputs.
• Continuous Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with finance, operations, and practice leadership to drive improvements.
