Job summary

Florida Cancer Specialists is seeking a senior FP&A and analytics leader to partner with Operations and executive leadership. The role focuses on building transparent models, driving annual plans, and delivering concise, decision-ready insights across the clinical footprint.

A strong background in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis is essential, with experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing business decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or analytics, with a demonstrated track record of leading complex forecasting and budgeting initiatives in a large, matrixed organization.
• Excellent financial modeling & problem-solving skills.
• Executive presence and experience with presentations to various leadership levels.
• Ability to provide strategic recommendations and influence stakeholders to make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytical framework for measuring and interpreting financial performance, including definitions, key metrics, methodology, and controls.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities related to Operations with a focus on clinical operating costs and staffing management.
• Deliver concise, executive-ready reporting packages that summarize performance, explain results, and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Support ad hoc analyses, business cases, profitability reviews, and strategic planning efforts.
• Build and enhance repeatable reporting tools and dashboards with automation and data governance.
• Partner across finance, operations, and practice leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement.
