Job summary

Valenz Group in the United States is seeking a Manager of Analytics to lead a team of analysts leveraging healthcare data to support the development of new products. You will collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, and Application Development to identify improvements, ensure data quality, and deliver customer-first solutions.

You will monitor industry trends, uphold technology standards, and communicate insights to key stakeholders while overseeing project tracking tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics experience, including at least two years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with medical claims data.
• Experience working in Python.
• Proficiency in SQL Server.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analysts to leverage healthcare data for new product development.
• Partner with Product and other stakeholders to define and prioritize product initiatives.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Application Development teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
• Identify and drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of analytical processes and deliverables.
• Champion a customer-first approach in product development.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.
• Uphold high technology standards and best practices across the team.
• Communicate insights and status updates effectively to stakeholders.
• Tailor communication to match the technical understanding of diverse audiences.
• Manage project tracking tools, including Azure DevOps and Salesforce.
