Job summary

Valenz Health is seeking a Manager of Analytics to lead a team of analysts in leveraging healthcare data to support new product development. You will partner with Product, Data Engineering, and Application Development to define initiatives, ensure data quality, and deliver data-driven solutions with a customer-first approach.

You will stay abreast of industry trends, uphold technology standards, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
5+ years analytics experience with at least 2 in a supervisory role.
Experience with medical claims data.
Experience working in Python and SQL Server.
Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of analysts to leverage healthcare data for new product development.
Partner with Product and stakeholders to define and prioritize product initiatives.
Collaborate with Data Engineering and Application Development to design data-driven solutions.
Identify and drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of analytical processes and deliverables.
Champion a customer-first approach in product development.
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Uphold high technology standards and best practices across the team.
Communicate insights and status updates effectively to stakeholders.
Tailor communication to match the technical understanding of diverse audiences.
Manage project tracking tools, including Azure DevOps and Salesforce.
