EasyPay Finance consolidates analytics onto a single SQL Server database alongside our lending systems, and you\'ll own it end to end: how data lands, is modeled, and the reporting that runs off it. The goal is self-service with governed tables and a real data dictionary, publishing reusable models.

This is a hands-on role, inherited platform with new sources, shared definitions, better distribution, and a roadmap you help write. Hybrid California work environment with a strong tooling focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running production data pipelines and reporting.
• Strong SQL Server performance on big tables and deduplication.
• Python and API extraction and pipelines experience.
• Experience operating scheduled jobs with logging and alerts.
• Published data to a BI tool and supported users.
• Comfortable with Git workflows.

Responsibilities

• Run the analytics database and its scheduled jobs with monitoring and documentation.
• Ingest new sources via vendor APIs with restartable loads.
• Model raw data into trusted tables and views.
• Build operational reporting that is correct daily for calls, partners, and management.
• Own the data dictionary and KPI definitions with business owners.
• Lead one analyst, setting direction and quality standards.
