ComputerCare is building a hands-on data analytics function. We seek a Lead Analytics Engineer to own data pipelines, models, and reporting for operations and leadership.

You will define metric definitions, set governance, automate reporting, and partner with the COO to deliver trusted data products from the ground up. This is a hands-on, non-managerial role with ownership and autonomy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or analytics.
• Experience building data models and pipelines that others depend on.
• First or only data practitioner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Data Architecture: Snowflake warehouse, transformation layer, ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Build and operate integrations from NetSuite, Jira/service platforms, and custom apps.
• Drive BI with HEX; evaluate Tableau/Looker as we scale.
• Partner with leadership to translate goals into data models, dashboards, and insights.
• Own data quality & governance: metric definitions, testing, and data-quality standards.
• Automate operational reporting and ad hoc analyses.
• Experiment & innovate with new tools and models.
• Cross-functional data consultant to operations, finance, and engineering.
