ComputerCare is seeking a hands‑on Lead Analytics Engineer to own data architecture, pipelines, and BI reporting from the ground up. You’ll build data models, automate reporting, and partner with leadership to turn questions into trusted analytics products.

You will directly own Snowflake, ETL/ELT pipelines, and BI layers (HEX) while evaluating Tableau/Looker as we scale, with cross‑functional collaboration across operations, finance, and engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or analytics.
• First data practitioner preferred; strong SQL and modeling.
• Experience with Snowflake, BI dashboards, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own Snowflake data warehouse, ETL/ELT pipelines, and transformation layer.
• Build and operate integrations from NetSuite, Jira, and custom apps.
• Own BI layer (HEX) and evaluate Tableau/Looker as we scale.
• Translate goals into data models, dashboards, and automated insights.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation.
