Job summary

Zeta Global is seeking a remote Director of ZX Data Science & Analytics to transform complex data into compelling narratives that inform client strategy and drive measurable outcomes. You will partner with Sales, Client Services, and operations to scale analytics across clients and categories.

As a strategic analytics leader, you will guide approaches for acquisition, retention, lifetime value, media, and optimization, while advancing predictive ML/AI solutions and delivering actionable

Qualifications

• 10+ years of analytics, marketing measurement, data science, or related field with client impact.
• Ability to translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations for clients and business audiences.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills with client-facing experience.
• 3+ years in analytics leadership roles, with team management experience.
• Expertise in analytics, measurement, media, or industry domains; share knowledge to elevate others.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, Tableau or similar tools; experience with predictive analytics/ML/AI models.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics storytelling to translate insights into client actions and business priorities.
• Shape client analytics strategies aligned with objectives, informing acquisition, retention, LTV, media, and optimization.
• Drive measurement excellence, including incrementality methods, and explain implications of approaches.
• Scale best practices across clients and categories, creating repeatable frameworks and recommendations.
• Mentor and develop analysts, manage workload, provide feedback and career development.
• Serve as analytics lead for strategic initiatives, aligning stakeholders and moving concepts to implementation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Client Services, and Operations to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
• Innovate with AI by translating model outputs into business recommendations and client value.
