Job summary
EDB seeks an Analytics & AI Account Executive for Public Sector Sales to drive platform and analytics opportunities across government customers. You will co-sell with PubSec Sales Account Executives, accelerate Platform and Analytics revenue, and enable field teams with the latest analytics messaging and value propositions.
The role requires a proven quota track record in enterprise technology sales, deep knowledge of analytics and data platforms, and the ability to engage senior executives
Qualifications
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in enterprise technology sales.
- Experience selling Analytics, AI, data platforms, cloud, databases, SaaS, or related enterprise technology.
- Understanding of government regulations and the data security needs of public sector data.
- Knowledge of Public Sector customers and leaders and their culture.
- Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
- Ability to create pipeline beyond inbound opportunities.
- Experience selling complex solutions to enterprise customers.
- Ability to engage credibly with senior technology and business executives.
Responsibilities
- Co-sell alongside account and territory owners on active deals to progress and close analytics opportunities.
- Design and execute targeted campaigns within existing accounts to expand analytics opportunities.
- Act as the primary domain expert for the sales organization, keeping teams up to date on analytics messaging and competitive positioning.
- Work with account owners to align analytics solutions with broader territory strategies.
