Job summary

EDB is seeking an Analytics & AI Account Executive for Public Sector Sales to accelerate platform and analytics revenue. This role partners with PubSec Sales Account Executives to drive opportunity generation, deal velocity, and field enablement across government and enterprise customers.

The candidate will design targeted campaigns, co-sell on active deals, and ensure analytics solutions align with broader account plans. Strong consultative selling and executive engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in enterprise technology sales.
• Experience selling Analytics, AI, data platforms, cloud, databases or related tech.
• Understanding of government regulations and security/data management for Public Sector data.
• Ability to engage with senior technology and business executives.
• Strong discovery, qualification, negotiation, forecasting and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deal Acceleration: co-sell with account/territory owners on active deals.
• Pipeline Generation: design and execute targeted campaigns within existing accounts.
• Field Enablement: act as domain expert for the sales organization with latest analytics messaging.
• Strategic Alignment: work with account owners to integrate analytics solutions into territory plans.
