Job summary

EDB is seeking an Analytics & AI Account Executive for the Public Sector to accelerate Platform and Analytics revenue. You will partner with PubSec Sales Account Executives to drive opportunity generation, deal velocity, and field enablement across government customers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding quota in enterprise technology sales.
• Experience selling Analytics, AI, data platforms, cloud, databases, SaaS, or related enterprise technology.
• Understanding of government regulations, and the unique security and data management requirements of sensitive Public Sector data.
• Understanding of Public Sector customers and leaders, including culture and structures.
• Strong discovery, qualification, negotiation, forecasting, and closing skills.
• Ability to engage credibly with senior technology and business executives.

Responsibilities

• Co-sell alongside account and territory owners on active deals, providing specialized analytics expertise to move opportunities toward close.
• Design and execute targeted campaigns within existing accounts to uncover analytics opportunities and expand footprint.
• Act as the primary domain expert for the sales organization, ensuring AEs and the field are equipped with analytics messaging, competitive positioning, and value propositions.
• Work in lockstep with account owners to ensure analytics solutions are integrated into broader account plans and territory strategies.
