Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Integration Specialist to provide high-quality technical support for municipal metering systems and assist with system integrations and deployments. This role is primarily remote with about 15% travel, mostly within the assigned region.

You will troubleshoot, document, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include supporting Neptune systems nationwide, assisting with Neptune 360

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree is preferred but not required.
• Experience in a customer service or technical support environment is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, and data.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, web services, or data exchange is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems (Salesforce, Zoho Desk) is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support for municipal metering systems via remote sessions, phone, and tickets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues; document interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Project Management to address customer needs.
• Assist with system integrations and Neptune 360, API, and data exchange tasks.
• Deliver training to customers and internal teams on system operation and troubleshooting.
• Travel ~15% regionally while primarily performing remote work.
