Job summary

Ferguson seeks an AMI/AMR Project Manager to lead municipal water meter projects with remote support across the Southwest and up to 50% travel for client visits. You will manage scope, budget, milestones, and coordinate subcontractors, meetings, and reports.

The role requires 5+ years in project management; PMP and an MBA or Engineering degree are preferred; strong communication and Excel skills are essential. This is a remote role with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• PMP certification preferred.
• MBA or Engineering degree preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% or more for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to completion within scope and budget.
• Oversee subcontractor water meter installation work and coordination.
• Attend project meetings and produce reports and KPIs.
• Maintain relationships with major accounts/customers.
• Support program managers to ensure projects follow plan.
