Job summary

Ferguson is seeking an AMI/AMR Project Manager to lead municipality water meter projects, oversee subcontractors, and travel up to 50% for client visits. The role is remote, supporting the Southwest market with candidates in CA, AZ, NV, CO, NM, TX, and UT considered.

You will manage timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, and stakeholder reporting while ensuring project milestones are met and KPIs are produced. Strong PM and communication skills required, PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• MBA or engineering degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a project from start to finish, on time and within budget.
• Execute project according to the established plan and PM methodology.
• Establish and maintain relationships with major accounts/customers.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery and satisfactory service.
• Supervise progress against the project plan and coordinate with partners/clients on scope.
• Prepare regular project status reports and KPI updates.
