Relay is building a fast, low-cost cross-chain payments layer. We are hiring Customer Support Specialists to triage tickets, debug issues, and translate technical context into clear guidance for developers and end users.

You will own front-line support in North or South America time zones, collaborating with engineering to resolve issues, and help turn recurring problems into reliable systems while growing with a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer or technical support experience in tech
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong fluency with AI tools and software
• Experience triaging competing priorities in real time
• Track record of turning recurring issues into improvements

Responsibilities

• Triage and respond to customer tickets with clarity and care
• Investigate issues using logs, records, and explorers
• Build fluency with on-chain transaction flows for end users and integrators
• Escalate relevant issues to engineering with context for fast resolution
• Own increasing share of ticket volume as the team scales
