Axelera AI is seeking a Director of Sales Operations for the Americas to own product reach, onboarding, and revenue forecasting. You will lead Logistics, Customer Onboarding, and revenue reporting, partnering with Finance and Global Operations to scale the business across the Americas.

The role requires 10+ years in sales or supply chain operations, strong CRM expertise (Salesforce), and a strategic, hands-on leadership style.

Formación

• 10+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or supply chain and fulfillment at a B2B technology company, semiconductor or hardware experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related field; MBA a plus.
• Hands-on experience managing product logistics including inventory, international shipping, and compliance.
• Proven experience with CRM stacks, forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Americas Operations & Logistics and ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Provide sales with accurate visibility into lead times, logistics options, and inventory.
• Manage shipping, customs, and 3PL relationships; coordinate onboarding post-sale.
• Develop onboarding processes and align with Global Finance and Operations.
• Define data standards, CRM configuration, and governance for trusted pipeline data.
• Run weekly Americas Business Cadence and revenue reporting; drive cross-functional accountability.
