Job summary

Hexagon AB in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Operations and CRM to own the Salesforce-driven CRM roadmap for Portable Americas. You will optimize Sales Cloud, CPQ, and marketing tech, lead AI integration with Agentforce, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to drive forecast accuracy and pipeline health.

The role demands 7+ years in sales operations or business systems, strong analytics, and a track record of delivering scalable, revenue-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business systems.
• Experience in forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
• Understanding of B2B sales/marketing processes and revenue drivers.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate with senior leadership.
• 5+ years of Salesforce platform management and optimization.
• Salesforce Administrator credential required.
• Experience with Agentforce AI within Salesforce is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the Portable Americas CRM and business applications roadmap and align with global strategy.
• Optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and marketing technologies for pipeline, quoting, and engagement.
• Drive AI adoption within the CRM and deploy Agentforce agents.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Define and deliver CRM enhancements with measurable ROI.
• Perform Salesforce administration tasks and elevate platform changes to IT.
• Lead sales operations strategy to improve productivity and performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on bookings, pipeline health, and productivity.
• Support forecast rigor, risks/opportunities, and data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with IT and global teams for ERP and data warehouse integrations.
