Orlando Health Medical Group is hiring an Ambulatory Triage Nurse (RN) in Orlando, FL. You will handle high-volume patient calls, provide acute intervention guidance, and coordinate care with providers and nurses.

This role offers a flexible work arrangement with on-site presence in the call center and remote work portions, depending on department needs. Qualified candidates are graduate nurses licensed in Florida with BLS, and 3 years of relevant clinical experience (5+ years if covering

Competenze

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Maintains current Florida RN license and BLS certification.
• Three years of clinical experience in the area or five years across multiple specialties; EPIC EMR experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Triages and assesses incoming urgent and non-emergent patient calls.
• Coordinates with providers and staff on patient care as needed.
• Delivers nursing guidance over the phone using established protocols.
• Documents all call inquiries per Orlando Health policies.
• Maintains patient advocacy and professional standards during shifts.
