Job summary

Orlando Health, Inc. is seeking an Ambulatory Nurse Navigator I at Wiregrass Ranch Hospital. This full-time position supports 2-3 physicians, guiding patients from pre-surgery scheduling through discharge and the 21‑day follow-up.

You will coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team and serve as a main contact for patients and families. The ideal candidate holds a BSN, an active Florida RN license, and at least 2 years of RN experience, with preferred navigation or care coordination exposure

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• RN license in Florida.
• 2+ years of RN experience.
• Experience in navigation or care coordination preferred.
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification required; specialty certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports 2-3 physicians from the start of the surgery schedule through discharge and up to the 21‑day check‑in.
• Coordinates care across the multidisciplinary team and serves as the point of contact for patients and families.
• Performs nursing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation per the nursing process and standards of practice.
