Job summary

Lippert is seeking an Amazon eCommerce Specialist to fortify our Amazon business across brands. You will manage catalog health, resolve defects, and coordinate with Product, Quality, Engineering and Compliance to ensure accurate listings and compliance.

This remote US role reports to the Digital Marketplace Manager and supports new product publishing and data quality improvements. You will analyze vendor issues, improve PDP copy, and assist with strategic merchandising while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong Excel skills with formulas and data cleanup.
• Experience with eCommerce product data or catalog operations.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines to completion.
• Clear written communication and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon Vendor Central operations and catalog health issues.
• Investigate defects, suppression risks, and customer-experience alerts.
• Assist with new product publishing and data validation.
• Coordinate with Product, Quality, Engineering and Compliance teams.
• Monitor direct fulfillment issues and vendor-related classifications.
• Prepare reporting and drive process improvements.
