Job summary

The position requires strong Excel skills, familiarity with Vendor/Seller Central, PIM systems, and the ability to manage multiple cases

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong Excel skills with advanced functions and CSV/Excel cleanup.
• Experience with eCommerce product data or catalog operations.
• Ability to investigate problems independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong written communication and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon Vendor Central operations and catalog-health issues.
• Respond to Andon and customer-experience alerts; coordinate resolutions.
• Review suppression risks and content gaps; address root causes.
• Coordinate documentation with product, quality, and compliance teams.
• Validate product data against source data and publish updates.
• Monitor direct fulfillment delays and inventory suppressions; resolve issues.
• Research and manage routine vendor central cases from submission to resolution.
• Assist with new product publishing and post-publication checks.
• Maintain trackers, report defects, and SOPs for catalog and compliance risks.
