Job summary

Basic Research in Salt Lake City seeks an Amazon & e-commerce Marketing Manager to own strategy for SeroVital and Novex Biotech on Amazon and manage the Novex Shopify store. You will set directions, goals, promotions, and budget in collaboration with the Ads Manager and Head of Performance.

The role requires 5+ years of Amazon/e‑commerce experience, Shopify ownership, strong listings and content sensibility, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Amazon and e-commerce experience at a consumer brand or agency.
• Own channel strategy and growth goals with demonstrated results.
• Hands‑on Shopify store management and listing optimization experience.
• Strong listing/content and an eye for what converts.
• Ability to lead across ads, creative, Ops, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Amazon and e‑commerce strategy for SeroVital and Novex Biotech with annual/quarterly plans and revenue targets.
• Decide focus areas: hero products, launches, pricing and keyword wins.
• Build promotional calendars and align ads, creative, and Ops.
• Monitor competitors, Buy Box, pricing, and adjust plans quickly.
• Grow opportunities in Walmart, Target Plus, and TikTok Shop.
