Job summary

Slate Flosser is seeking a hands-on Ecommerce Growth Manager to own the Slate.com and Amazon shop end-to-end, optimizing for conversions and UX.

You will lead CRO initiatives, manage campaigns, and collaborate with external agencies to deliver data-driven improvements across site performance and retention.

Strong analytical skills and a bias for action are essential, with experience in Shopify, GA4, and A/B testing tools shaping decisions daily.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in ecommerce, growth, or digital marketing roles.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS (JavaScript a plus).
• Strong understanding of CRO and digital funnels.
• Highly analytical, with experience using GA4 and Shopify analytics.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving quickly with limited resources.
• Ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving.
• Experience with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO).
• Familiarity with retention tools (Klaviyo, Attentive).
• Basic understanding of SEO and site performance optimization.
• Experience in a DTC brand or omnichannel business.

Responsibilities

• Own Slate.com and Amazon shop end-to-end, optimizing for conversion.
• Improve UX/UI across homepage, PDP, cart, and checkout.
• Lead CRO initiatives and A/B tests to boost CVR, AOV, and retention.
• Manage Email/SMS agency to optimize journeys alongside site updates.
• Oversee campaigns, launches, and seasonal promotions with uptime and results.
• Monitor analytics, build dashboards, and report to CGO and executives.
• Coordinate contractor work (SEO, email/SMS) to hit KPIs.
