Basic Research, a Salt Lake City-based health and beauty company behind SeroVital and Novex Biotech, seeks an Amazon & E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead strategy for Amazon and manage the Novex Biotech Shopify store. You’ll own plans, results, and standards for listings and product pages to maximize findability, conversion, and stock levels.

You’ll collaborate with the Amazon Ads Manager, Head of Performance, Operations, and creative teams to drive growth, optimize ads, listings, and content,

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Amazon and e-commerce experience at a consumer brand or agency.
• Ownership of channel strategy and growth goals.
• Experience managing a Shopify store.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon listing optimization and SEO.

Aufgaben

• Lead Amazon and e-commerce strategy with annual and quarterly plans, revenue and profitability goals, and market share targets.
• Decide where to focus: hero products, launches, bundles, pricing, and keywords to win.
• Build promotional calendar for Prime Day/Black Friday/CY/Monday and coordinate ads, creative, and Ops.
• Track competitors, category trends, pricing, and Buy Box; adjust plan quickly.
• Identify growth opportunities in Walmart.com, Target Plus, and TikTok Shop.
• Set paid media priorities with Ads Manager to support goals; align ads with ranking and listing improvements.
• Grow site traffic and conversion through on-site SEO and content; manage product pages and content.
• Lead listing and image standards across ASINs: titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, images, video, A+/Premium A+.
• Own Shopify store: optimize conversion rate, A/B testing, and on-site promotions.
• Coordinate with Ops on forecasting and inventory; protect margins with promotions.
• Measure and report: weekly/monthly sales, traffic, ranking, TACoS, AOV, and margin; present insights to leadership.
