Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience with Amazon Connect.
• Minimum 2+ years experience with AWS Lambda Administration.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in one contact center platforms (AWS, Genesys, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, etc).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Define software and hardware requirements to support architectural planning and delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the application's user interface for usability.
• Conduct impact analyses to assess how business requirements affect system architecture.
• Participate in design, code, and test reviews to ensure quality and alignment with architectural standards.
• Provide architecture quality assurance reviews for proposals and ongoing projects.
• Support technology solutioning, estimating, planning, and pricing activities for proposals.
