Job summary

mindbodygreen is seeking an Amazon Channel Operations Lead to own the day-to-day operations of our brand’s Amazon business. The role focuses on driving incremental revenue, scaling new customer acquisition, and maximizing channel profitability.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience, is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling day-to-day operations in a growing supplements business. Remote work with occasional site visits is offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central (FBA/FBM) for DTC or CPG brands, preferably in supplements/wellness.
• Proficient with Amazon Brand Registry, Seller Central support, lab compliance workflows, and analytics/reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central (FBA, Direct Fulfillment).
• Lead SKU setup, ASIN creation, UPC mapping, and product launch sequences.
• Manage account health, listing suppressions, UPC/title mapping corrections, and draft appeals for platform issues.
• Oversee COA uploads, lab testing workflows, and regulatory documentation.
