Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years in a selective private higher‑education external relations environment (preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of end-to-end student to young alumni engagement strategy across the student lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Alumni Association, Parent Network, Annual Giving, and campus partners to design educational, social, and community programs.
• Develop and execute a young alumni engagement strategy across 19 global chapters focusing on activation, retention, and professional networking.
• Provide strategic leadership for alumni‑supported career engagement initiatives with campus partners.
• Support programming that strengthens alumni participation in student success initiatives and career communities.
• Manage the Engage.CMC strategic plan and oversee platform adoption, content quality, and user engagement.
