Job summary

InterVarsity Press is seeking an Alumni Experience Coordinator to remotely support alumni initiatives across events, communications, and engagement touchpoints in the USA. The role emphasizes detail-orientation, proactive planning, and clear cross-team collaboration to deliver high-quality alumni experiences.

The position involves coordinating timelines, dashboards, and records, and requires the ability to travel for on-site events as needed. Pays hourly with fundraising variability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in Development, Communications, Project Management, Donor Relations, or relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft software applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining clear communication and follow-through.
• Annually affirm InterVarsity’s Statement of Faith.
• Ability to develop a ministry support team who will pray, support, and give financially.

Responsibilities

• Support alumni events with clear, warm communications and timelines.
• Maintain project plans, dashboards, databases and records.
• Coordinate with supervisor to develop and execute alumni strategies.
• Collaborate with InterVarsity teams to create an integrated alumni engagement plan.
• Participate in alumni relations special projects or groups as needed.
• Prepare briefing materials, reports, and internal summaries of initiatives.
• Identify workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.
