Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC seeks an experienced ALS Lab Manager to lead remote lab data processing services for the DOJ MEGA 6 program. You will oversee a dispersed team, ensure compliant ESI processing, and collaborate with attorneys to align with EDRM standards.

The role requires strong leadership and in-depth knowledge of eDiscovery workflows. Candidates should have extensive experience with review tools, data analysis, and a proven track record managing complex litigation support projects in a remote

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Five years in management/supervisory roles.
• Eight years in eDiscovery/processing, image/data conversion, QA and data analysis.
• Bachelor degree in a related field; waiver requires CO.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate task delivery.
• Analyze, develop and implement processing for electronic files per ESI specs.
• Advise attorneys on ESI best practices and coordinate with co-counsel and client agencies.
• Communicate lab activities, deadlines, and resource availability to the COR.
• Lead a remote eDiscovery lab team including scheduling and QC of deliverables.
• Provide guidance on EDRM phases: collection, processing, hosting, review, analytics, production.
• Ensure incoming productions meet ESI specs and notify attorneys of deficiencies.
