Job summary

OneStream Software seeks a Senior Manager of Alliances Operations to architect and scale the partner operations engine. This role drives measurable growth by turning partner activities into revenue through AI-driven workflows, KPI dashboards, and seamless handoffs across sales, marketing, and customer success.

You will own tooling and integrations (PRM, deal registration, MDF), lead cross-functional programs with global partners, and mentor a growing operations team.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS and scale-out alliances/channel operations.
• 5+ years in Sales or Alliance/Channel Operations.
• 5+ years in Channel Management with Global partners.
• 2+ years of direct management experience.
• Proven ability to scale a partner ecosystem.
• Hands-on with partner-facing tech stacks and CRM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the operational roadmap to scale the partner ecosystem across resellers, SI’s, and technology alliances.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadences to drive ecosystem health.
• Operationalize partner programs, joint business plans, and co-sell motions for scalability.
• Eliminate friction across joint account planning to delivery and governance.
