Job summary

Harbor is seeking an Alliances & Partner Operations Associate to scale our strategic partner ecosystem and drive measurable business outcomes across our alliances portfolio.

In this hybrid role (Chicago HQ or US-wide remote), you will own partner operations in Salesforce, improve pipeline visibility, and support cross-functional execution with Sales, Delivery, and Marketing.

You will analyze partner overlap, track performance, and help implement AI-enabled offerings while mentoring interns.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in partnerships, operations, consulting, business operations, or related field.
• Strong analytical and data-to-insight abilities.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and advanced Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with execution focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across Harbor's partner ecosystem with accurate pipeline visibility and risk identification.
• Own partner operations within Salesforce and other systems, ensuring high-quality data and actionable reporting.
• Analyze partner overlap and whitespace to identify new revenue opportunities and strengthen go-to-market execution.
• Support partner strategy through territory planning, prioritization, research, and competitive analysis.
• Coordinate recurring partner business reviews and cadences with executive-ready updates and clear next steps.
• Build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and external partners to keep initiatives aligned.
• Monitor partner health, surface insights, and provide updates to leadership for decision-making.
• Support integration and adoption of AI-enabled partner offerings while tracking strategic milestones.
• Provide day-to-day direction and quality oversight for interns supporting the Alliances function.
