Job summary

OneStream is seeking a Growth Program Manager to drive cross-functional programs that support revenue growth, product commercialization, and enterprise transformation. You will coordinate go-to-market activities and manage dependencies from planning through launch, with autonomy in a lean team and exposure to AI commercialization initiatives.

You will work with senior leaders across multiple business units to align commercial, AI, and transformation strategy with business objectives and deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant combination of education and experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in program management and governance.
• Demonstrated experience independently owning and driving multiple large-scale, complex programs.
• Preference for business transformation and change management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional, end-to-end transformation programs.
• Drive planning, governance, and execution of commercial and enterprise programs.
• Collaborate with executives to align strategy with business goals.
• Lead AI commercialization initiatives and product launches.
• Provide program visibility with metrics and leadership updates.
