Job summary
Cytiva is seeking an AKTA Sales Specialist to drive sales of AKTA chromatography systems and consumables across the US, including remote work within a Bay Area territory. You will partner with life science customers, deliver technical support, and help grow instrument and software sales while meeting annual targets.
You will collaborate with Field Application Scientists and Marketing, manage opportunities in Salesforce, and travel up to 50% to engage with customers and drive growth in the AKTA
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of laboratory, research, biotechnology, or related scientific experience.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to scientific audiences.
Responsibilities
- Partner with life science customers to support chromatography workflows through expert product knowledge and technical consultation.
- Generate new business and expand customer relationships for the AKTA portfolio.
- Achieve annual sales targets with funnel management and territory plans in Salesforce.
- Build relationships with key decision makers and lab stakeholders.
