Job description

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts, managing technical requirements and ongoing platform needs.

• Provide hands‑on technical guidance and best practices for Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

• Design and support customer journeys, audience segmentation, personalization strategies, and journey orchestration.

• Work with XDM schemas, datasets, profiles, data ingestion, and platform integrations.

• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient AJO/AEP technical solutions.

• Proactively identify technical risks, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with support and engineering teams.

• Manage technical account activities, prioritize requests, track blockers, and ensure timely issue resolution.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to manage expectations, address concerns, and prevent escalations.

• Provide technical knowledge transfer, platform updates, release guidance, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support platform adoption, integration, and customer success.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical account management, technical consulting, customer‑facing technology roles, or related areas.

• Strong hands‑on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

• Expertise in customer journey orchestration, audience segmentation, personalization, XDM schemas, datasets, profiles, and data ingestion.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, and SQL.

• Experience with system integrations, technical troubleshooting, and data‑related issues.

• Proven ability to manage technical requirements, account priorities, and complex customer engagements independently.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer relationship skills.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with experience managing technical risks and preventing escalations.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Campaign, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Target, or Adobe Analytics.

• Experience supporting enterprise customers in a technical account management or customer success environment.

• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud integrations and platform best practices.
