Job summary

Jet Support Services, Inc. is seeking a Mx & Airworthiness Analyst to ensure continuous airworthiness of lease assets and to oversee records and inspections for assets including engines and APUs. The role blends technical maintenance expertise with data analysis to guide asset utilization decisions.

You will lead a Philippines-based support team on records/enrollment, while collaborating with Asset Management leadership to monitor fleets and ensure documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in aircraft or engine maintenance.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into clear recommendations.
• Proficiency with maintenance tracking and inventory systems.
• Ability to direct or review the work of a remote or outsourced support team.
• Ability to prioritize and execute in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain maintenance compliance confirmation for lease assets; ensure all required Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins are embodied.
• Maintain knowledge of asset conditions (TSN, TSO, CSN, CSO, green time, LLP status, previous squawks, exceedances).
• Conduct pre- and post-rental inspections and work order audits to confirm delivery/return standards.
• Validate vendor documentation for brokered leases prior to client delivery.
• Provide technical workscope approval and sign-off on repair orders managed by the Asset Event Manager & Planner.
• Audit repair order close-out documentation for completeness and accuracy.
