Job summary

GKR Search and Selection is seeking a seasoned professional to take ownership of technical asset management for an aircraft leasing portfolio. You will oversee data, records, and configuration across aircraft and engines, while leading a team and coordinating with leasing and remarketing activities.

The role covers maintenance forecasting, audits, and reporting analytics to improve access to accurate technical information.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in aircraft lessor technical function, consultancy, or airline tech.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft technical records and maintenance practices.
• Advanced Excel with experience in technical records or asset management systems.
• Proven leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical asset data, records and configuration management for aircraft and engines.
• Oversee maintenance forecasting, cash-flow modelling, audits and reserve activity.
• Develop reporting and analytics to improve access to accurate technical information.
• Coordinate asset updates supporting leasing, trading and remarketing.
• Manage audit planning and fleet issue monitoring.
