Job summary

Feelize is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex AI and web applications, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to our uncompromising quality standards.

You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI and web development projects, coordinate between clients, designers, and engineering teams, and define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within a software or agency environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI and web development projects
• Coordinate between clients, designers, and engineering teams
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
