Job summary
Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English-speaking evaluators to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote home environment. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and write precise explanations of what looked or sounded off to help improve AI systems.
Rates are up to $15 per hour, paid weekly via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM, with compensation varying by expertise and project requirements.
Qualifications
- Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
- Strong attention to detail and patience to look and listen closely.
- Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Responsibilities
- Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
- Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
- Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatch.
- Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a clear English explanation.
