Job summary
Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.
Work from home or while traveling, with flexible hours and payments on a weekly cadence. Earn up to $15/hour, with access to leading LLMs for free, and join a global team evaluating image, video, and audio outputs to improve real-world AI systems.
Qualifications
- Fluent English with clear writing and strong communication.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to zoom in on material.
- Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
- Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining reasoning in writing.
- Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
- Currently accepting applicants from Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom and United States.
Responsibilities
- Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
- Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each exchange sounded.
- Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
- Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or misalignment.
- Writing a specific English explanation that points to what was seen or heard.
